Red or White?

Friday, June 6, 2008

"Would you like red or white?" said the waiter.
"Yes please." she responded.
That's about all I knew about wine until recently when I had a magnificent glass of cabernet and suddenly wanted to learn more.

Italian and French Cooking

Mouth-watering, full course Italian and French menus are the focus of Cooking Tokyo. Whether your craving is Coeur de chocolat or Paccheri alla Genovese di Napoli (or both), you will leave the class with a full stomach and big smile.

Noodles to Pickling

A Taste of Culture offers cooking workshops for making Japanese food (washoku, noodles, pickles). Classes are conducted near Futago Tamagawa station. They also do market tours of neighborhood supermarkets and shops.
